Final Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Tri Beginners Clinic set for Saturday

Final First-Timers Clinic this Saturday
This Sat, June 16, at 10:30am, Sugar Land Finish Line Sports will have their final FLS First-Timers Tri Clinic before the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Tri on June 24. The clinic lasts one hour and cost is only $20. Have all your questions answered by experienced tri teachers Margie and Brian. Meet at the store at 10:15 a.m. and bring a chair and notepad. We will go over all the basics.

Beginners Speedwork Starts in July
Thursday, July 5, through Thursday, August 2, from 7-8 p.m. at Clements High track in Sugar Land, the popular FLS Summer Beginners Speedwork returns for another summer session. Fee is $50 for the program lasting five weeks. All levels are welcome. This program really works, by improving fitness through intervals. Register at the store or online at www.signmeup.com/81141.
