Sportslife Tri Club was started in January 2005 after a meeting was held at Community Bible Church. A Sportslife Pastor, Ken Hicks, was brought in to the Church to organize a Sports program for the Church through Life Groups. Ken Hicks had a meeting with interested leaders of every sport and after that meeting Brian Schmidt started the Triathlon Club. We are now a USAT registered Club and compete in the Regional Club Championship points Race. The Club won the 2006 Regional Championship for most points in Category 5 Clubs (1-29). The Club also won the 2007 Regional Championship for most points in Category 4 Clubs ( 30-69 )

Our Mission is to offer a Faith based Multi-Sport Club that will provide training, camaraderie and a whole lot of fun to all athletes in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
